The risk of a company being too open is they show their cards, to the competitors and the soon to be knock-offs. I have run several private companies and we don't have that issue, we don't have to report. If my competitors knew my customers, profits, sales figures, etc. we would be routed.
Sorry you have such a dim view of the world. Your personal experience with people must not be good. My faith in people's good nature has done well by me. For every time I get used, I have been rewarded times 10.
This stock and any other gagged penny stock is not for you. I suggest blue chips for you. the risk is low but then so is the return.
