weeblewobble: SEC can not *force* SPNG to disclose share structure at this point. Not within their power. Got an issue not knowing that? Tough. Maybe you can ask M&M to "Please disclose it".

Perhaps *investors* should have figured out gagging the T/A was subterfuge. Man... like takin' candy from babies.

Really. The SEC had 10 days to walk down to the T/As office, knock on the door and say give it up. Why all the cloak & dagger? What ever happened to common sense for god's sake?
