i realize *some* don't want to
hear about manipulation .. but
then i suspect i know why ~

that said .. it's very clear to
me that jd .. is a quick study
and will do everything possible
to *deal* with his stock's
manipulation .. what that will
include <imo> is uplist to the
otc bb and filing forms as they
are needed

looking forward to q3 and a date
for the shareholder's meeting ~
