the only date that matters is the "ex-dividend date" which we don't know for sure yet. own it the day before at the close and you will get the split. I don't care when you buy it.
the company, in pr's is making it sound like 11/2 may be the ex-date. FINRA sets ex-date, 11/2 sounds like it may be the paydate, which would make ex-date 11/3.
needs to show up on otcbb daily list to be sure of ex-date, hasn't yet.
