Frog - Quite simple actually.... The shares for multiple uses were registered conjointly to save filing money on the S-2 registration:

Wall Street Group
Althena
Private Placement (Selling Stockholders)
And of course....Biofrontera

Included in the "selling stockholders" are the stockholders who participated in the private placement this year.

Multiple uses on one filing...simple and saves money.
