you were of assistance as healthy dialogue between investors is always good. The one thing that you & I do not know is what was the par value of these shares @ the time they were issued for their services. They will guaranteed not sell below that pps but hold for their pay day. They both are also wise & if they believe that the pps will rise then they will not sell until that time. A mental Stop Loss, I agree they may well have, but it will not be below their par value for the stocks issued & they will not have one set as in pinks, you never should set a stop loss as Market Makers can & will march the price down to capture them & march it right back up. Happens all the times & they are smarter than the average investor & in their case this won't happen!
