#23914 RE: Gold Seeker #23913

Opportunity, I would say you were correct in your post. I went back and found the posts you were refering to. The board can make its own conclusion(s)

Opportunity asked Gold...
"Wasn't YOU that said it was employees selling?
Golds response "NO IT WAS NOT "

Gold posted, "The employees are selling their stock as fast as they get it."

Then you said it was Wittenberg?"

Gold then posted,"NO I DID NOT. "

But oh yes he did...Gold posted,"Wittenberg has sold his stock."

"OK now it's smithline?

Gold stated,"Yes, it is Smithline.

And yet just the other day Gold posted,"If not Smithline, who else would have the ability to sell so many shares today.

This would not be a cut and dried situation as Smithline probably has been attempting to convert the notes.

He also posted,"More likely, it is just Smithline."

Half full stated: "Gold, I provided hard evidence that Smithline is not shorting the stock" I will now show you why Smithline is not shorting. Please see item # 5 in the link below to verify.

5. Short Selling. The Funds agree that they will not “sell short” any Common Stock prior to the earlier of (i) the consummation of the Public Offering or (ii) February 19, 2010.

And Golds Response:That is totally false. You are not providing any evidence at all that Smithline is NOT shorting the stock. What you did provide was the fact that according to the loan agreeement, Smithline should not short the stock. What Smithline actually does may be something else.
