Actually... a lot of times you find that the company itself actually loaned out a bunch of shares. Hoping SDVI didn't do that.

Was it WAMU who did something like that? Where they were trying to get the shares back off of that broker after the bank/broker filed for bankruptcy? Maybe it was someone else. But when one of those big brokers went bankrupt, there was a company trying to get their loaned shares back.

Anyone remember who that was?
