The Board of Directors has proposed the grant of discretionary authority to the Board of Directors to the buyback of up to $100,000 of the Company’s Class A Common Stock in the open market. The Board of Directors feels that this use of a portion of the cash reserves may benefit shareholders by improving the market price of the Company’s Class A Common Stock as traded on the NASD Over the Counter Bulletin Board.
