My plan for Dualstar Technology

My name is Michael Hammonds. I own 3,100,000 shares or 12% of Dualstar common stock. The former directors have apparently abandoned the company. I am in the process of contacting other major shareholders and my plan is simple. Get approval of majority of shareholders to:

1)Appoint new directors.
2)Bring corporation status up to date.
3)Hire or reinstate transfer agent.
4)Merge
