I always prefer to see 504 shares than toxic loans that a young company never gets out from under and most often kills the company. I have seen that senario and it is very ugly.

We all know about the 504 dilution..it has never been a secret and as it has been discussed here almost daily...the rate is more than respectable and much less than many other companies.

A company has to raise money to grow...it is that simple. I never jump for joy to see the filings but again...it is at a minimal rate. A necessary evil at this juncture. IMO

I have never seen any topic be "off topic" on this board when discussed intelligently.
