Really sucks for Intel. Unless they move to 65nm faster than expected, it looks as if 3.8GHz is going to be it for the next 15 months or so. So much for the hopes pinned on the new socket and BTx...

So now CMP is the new hope. I guess there is going to be a lot more pressure on Microsoft to change their licensing. And that makes AMD's decision on CMP to seem absolutely brilliant in hind sight.
