On 10/21 and on 10/23 same amount of shares for stock promotion and same amount sold? A bit strange to me.

they were also promoted by stock guru but not compensated, i did see in my d&d that other promoters were payed in shares and shares sold but have no dates. this must have bin a while ago because it doesn't add up. as far as my d&d, it appears that the company has gotten all there filing in before the R/S witch by the way share holders were notified of before hand on July 23rd 2009. http://www.pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=6709674
cant find much good or bad, seems they have everything on the table. would very much like to know about these contracts.
