Is that "rumor" any more accurate than these two declarations you made one and two years ago almost to the day?

Then perhaps you could get him to talk about the 1,000 turbines that DeWind will sell in the next year instead of foolish BS. Figure out what the revenues are on that many turbines and you can determine where the share price will be. Twelve months or less. Before the end of the year everybody will be a believer from the 100's that will be signed. I'm not an insider, I am just a good detective. And I talk to everybody. But some just hang up on me.
I went so far as to send somebody in the China plant for a tour and they couldn't get in and were very secretive about everything. Something is brewing with ACCC in China but I don't know what. I do think it is good.

3sheets and others. CTC is finalizing long awaited negotiations with major sources for wind and cable. This includes finance sources. Believe it or not, CTC is healthy wealthy and strong. Major, major solid things coming up before christmas. OTher stocks have lost as much or more in value than CTC. Its not just CTC. But the good news is things that have been in negotiation for literally years are finally being finalized. One major development will knock the socks off T-Goon and his merry, happy, gay friends. Great time to buy, lousy time to sell.
We're still waiting for those thousand turbines and last year's deal that was supposed to knock our socks off.
