IR has been saying we'll get news for at least a week now. i figure at some point their forecast will come true. ;-)

You know,this isn't going to move much until/unless the acquisitions close.If the explanation that is supposed to come out this week isn't entirely acceptable,it may drop some more.At the worst,it may move up very slightly.It's just my opinion,but,if I was your father,I'd wait for the explanation of what's been happening before I spend some hard-earned cash here.I own shares here,but won't buy more without hearing what's been going on.There doesn't appear to be any hurry.JMO
