"both the CEO and the CFO are millionaires and have been buying shares both on the open market and through private placements. So much for trying to milk profits out of this company, the future is too bright"

these individuals were also "millionaires" and told their shareholders that they were buying shares all the way up,...

Enron - Kenneth Lay

WorldCom - Bernard Ebbers

Tyco - Dennis Kozlowski

Aldephia - John Rigas

etc., etc.,.

being a millionaire does not remove anyone from being a crook as lawsuits and judgements against these men proved.
