It's possible. If you look at the CEMJQ board the folks there are working on creating a shareholders alliance to protect the interest of those holding common shares.

I believe the final decision rests with the court on the matter. Someone else probably has a better understanding of these things (I'm no lawyer). What I do know is that trying to grasp some of the ins and outs of these proceedings would make Dedalos throw up his hands and walk away.
