RCCH has made no advance on moving to the TSXV since putting out a PR on the subject.

Poor Gene can't seem to be capable of negotiating a Reverse Merger with any CPC shell.
Maybe IWS is not worth anything.

The news releases are not read by the investment community via brokerage news services, etc. That why the stock has done nothing. Until the CEO issues PR's thru investment news services, we will stay at 1.
