Conspiracy theory? Oh boy!
Rump says that "There is no question that the shareholders were tricked in to selling..." Now that is a bold statement. I am not on the inside like Rump says he is but I can see this company running out of money before all of the good was done and begin shutting their doors. We all saw that as a very real possibility for quite some time. The company is closing and an offer to save it in the last hour comes to the attention of the board. The board acts on this offer; the principals agree to give back shares before they are completely worthless and the company is given new life and the opportunity to give the world SUEZ. I know some people who sold their shares when they thought the company was sinking. They jumped ship and who can blame them. However, I do not believe for a minute that they were all victims of some elaborate scheme to swindle as many shareholders as they could before announcing the re-birth or Exobox. I also know many shareholders with large positions in Exobox who sold nothing at all during the fall and later rise of Exobox. They will be rewarded for their decision. Rump also stated that his "guess is that the o/g people and management now own 70% maybe 80% of the company." That is total b/s. I know too many investors with large positions in Exobox and for the new management to have this percent of the company is preposterous. Then he makes the following statement: "If things look good, the big guys will ride it if doesn't they might unload earlier but I will know when this is going to happen." What kind of inside info is he claiming to have? Can we believe anything Rump is saying or should we approach with caution? I wouldn't want to be Rump.
