Sully, you provided very good information to Joey. Here is one more real and true information he/she needs to know that Strategic Value Partners (SVP) very recently took 8.64% Chemtura stake:

The fund managers at SVP bought twenty one million (21 M) shares in one month. Hope people including Joey start to do DD from the point of why SVP has invested in Chemtura, rather than bringing old, trivial information.
