Are the private placement shares included in the A/S? Also, would I be correct in thinking they are not included in the O/S until they are unrestricted? Or, are they included in the O/S, but not included in the float? Thanks in advance.

dmbao, i honestly believe that alot of the recent selling has come from the lifting of these restricted shares.

You are very wise to hold long term here, but it is understandable that some don't have the patience or have need of the $ and have therefore sold...

me thinks they will be kicking themselves when they see what they left on the table in future years. IMHO
