Looks like you are selling against the company

We've covered all of this, this is "old" news

It will be 2010 soon.

Should we choose to stick around

perhaps in the new year we could put

these things behind us, We know the facts

of the past, thank you for your DD, we got it.

At some point people need to move on or else they

may appear stuck in the past and it is what it is.

I can't stay stuck in the past, perhaps you can it seems thats all you talk about anymore, sorry for your pain. At some point we must move

forward unless we wish to damage the company.

Good Wonderful 03:30 a.m. Gator from TOMORROW.

Slept long and very well, 3rd day in new house embedded in sub-tropical rainforest on lil' island wayyyyy down under. Beautiful !! springtime here.

Over the past year you have continually enlightened us with many challenges EI has suffered and endured. THANK YOU!

You do provoke deep thought and consideration of the heartbeat of the company, crew, stock and the ways and approaches that investors and traders can adopt as THEY CHOOSE to join the Arena of Fun and Profit. (Why the bloody hell else would any damned fools be here??? Hey, mate??? LOL!!!!)

As you continually ask many questions, often redundant, I come back at you with a few today regarding your last post (below) and hope you are sitting there just waiting, eager to answer:

"EI was suppose to buy back stock BACK IN 2007...Never happened."
Please refresh my feeble memory with a quote from EI back in 2007 on this and a link for reference.

"EI went into a joint Venture with a company called Remeire in europe...Never materialized."
Can you please provide some links as to how far the EI- Remeire partnership evolved. (Yes, it DID progress to a point.)

"EI was not going to do a R/S....This happened. 1/20"
$h+t happens, eh? I ONCE ran a plane outta gas over downtown Tokyo. ........Once.....LOL

"EI Projected 3,100,000.000 Revenue for 2007....Not even close, never happened."
What is YOUR revenue projection for EI for 2010?

"EI said that the officers would not sell below .010 before the uplisting...This happened."
How many shares does each officer hold and what % of EACH officer's total shares have been sold?

"EI said they would recalling 20,000,000 shares....They added more then 20,000,000"
I believe they can at any time announce they have bought back hundreds of millions of shares.....(G'day LABS.....smile)

June 30, 2009

'In an effort to end further dilution of our stock, Eternal Image has been working with Mastermind Venture Partners on a non-equity capital raise in the form of a perpetual credit line.
We will be announcing the details of this credit line in conjuction with Ms. Susan Wong of Mastermind Venture Partners in the very near future.' .... "WE HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD ABOUT ANY FINANCING. THIS IS ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO."

Mr Cat has his ears perked up as do MANY peeps tuned in and radaring ETNL. Who will be first to post the "GAMECHANGER PR"???

Thanks for helping me on this, mate.
Have a great weekend! (Labour Day holiday here)

LC-Gator - Excellent recap, thanks. You got some valid points there. But consider this - at least you are aware of all these failures. Many companies don't even allow you privy to that negative information (while insiders/ PIPEES are secretly dumping shares). Maybe you have to look at it from a statistical point of view or hit/miss goal ratio then weigh it based on importance to shareholders. Transparency is high on the list for me because of the lack thereof from alot of other companies and EI has met (or exceeded) my expectations in those regards. BTW My standards have been lowered through years of experience.

"EI was suppose to buy back stock BACK IN 2007...Never happened."

EI stated they would get audited fins done...happened

"EI went into a joint Venture with a company called Remeire in europe...Never materialized."

Remeire was supposed to take the lead I believe and did not. EI was working on issues from China at the time as well as production began to have issues

"EI was not going to do a R/S....This happened. 1/20"
"EI Projected 3,100,000.000 Revenue for 2007....Not even close, never happened."

Eternal image was relying on a friendly financier that ended up converting CDs before new fed rules took effect, in Jan/Feb 2008(?) blowing share structure to 5bil in 2007. The only way to fix the issue was a R/S. lack of money and China issue defeated that guidance. Do not get me wrong, I think they could have survived without the R/S so soon but we will never know. Everyone knew one would happen cuz of the shares...EI could not ask for more money from this friendly as planned because of the damage so other financial arragements had to be made...Ambush was wrong and we made our point clear...I was supposed to get the CFA line in late 2007 remember...they couldn't even start to get that done...

"EI said that the officers would not sell below .010 before the uplisting...This happened."

Economy collapsed, bank lending for small businesses have taken a huge hit and EI had to restructure from China to the US. I would say chit happens but this is one company that has Murphy for an employee. What I feel had a impact was the share grab, for whatever reason...When the economy collased as EI was uplisting, it just added to the uphill climb...

BTW, EI uplisted as they stated they would

"EI said they would recalling 20,000,000 shares....They added more then 20,000,000"

TA is now open...share structure is what it is. I don't like the extra shares but we know now, not next year...No reauditeds, no missing shares...I would hope...It continues to sting, no argument, but we are not looking at 5bil shares from a CD again....

You say 4 months without financing news and they just announced TA and O/S was up 22mil from "raising capital and a few last minute details that needed to be addressed from last year"

How about EI has secured $1mil from a 504? How about EI has secured financing thru another "friendly" financer thru a CD? Are these better? company would be able to move forward MUCH faster with that money.....

I know this would make some very happy cuz they would be proven right, but I think the reason many complain is because DESPITE the setbacks, EI has been SLOWLY <grimmaces in pain> moving forward and has tried to keep long term shareholders in mind...The difference between an investment and a flip is what one pulls from the info put out...

Open TA, looking forward to N.O. NFDA with 1 or more new products they could not get ready in time for this year, IMO, because the LOC is not in place yet, duh....Company is trying...they plan on being around...

EI has made mistakes, PER TRADERS OF THE STOCK, there is no arguement there. We should have been given the stock at the latest, after the R/S...We basically have it now "we do not anticipate the need to continue these offerrings in the future" but if they need 20mil vs 200mil thats fine with me...Get to the gamechanger already....

just my 2 cents....I am not defending EI as far as the stock goes, you all know where I stand on that and I have already voiced my feelings on the shares to them....Frustrating that in 2007 we couldn't get Clint to tighten his grip on diluting the hell out of the stock, now in 2009, we can't get him to loosen his grip on the shares sitting in his account....

I can't even yell about him buying a house or taking a vacation with money from selling shares cuz he doesn't....Nick had to get new plumbing, not covered by insurance....How can I get angry????
