this is the OTC, every investor is risking 100% of their money when investing in this market. if one needs to be babysat by the SEC, i would suggest they trade the big boards.

reality is that share printing penny stock operations have been bleeding the naive and gullible for over a decade. fortunately all of them are tradable before they either die a slow death or just vanish.
