2. Devices have either the readers or cameras to enable the consumer to grab and use the codes
3. Retailers have proper scanners at POS (airlines, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.)

5. Business models are established and contracts signed that enable revenue sharing

7. The agencies supporting those brands understand and can engineer campaigns leveraging dimensional barcode technology and fully optimizing its promise to capture billions of consumer behavioral actions that can be used to design even more successful target offers in the future
8. Networks carrying these transactions have the reach and security to ensure that the technology works everywhere, at anytime, without breaching the subscriber trust
