I am trying to buy BQI call options, order type should be buy open right, not buy close? and when I ultimately sell them, it should be sell close?

Rocket AMNP is getting thumped this mornning.It looks like another pump and dump but i think its got potential somewhere.Glad i didnt get in when it was at 1.40,i came close though.
