hi leap,
they are like indicators...used as an aid.
i do my own "manual" analysis and make my trades that way. i use the studies as ONE argument supporting going long or short the mkt. Hence there are times when i trade against these systems, but those tend to be for shorter term trades, 1 to 3 days or intraday trades.

given the time, i'd like to create some scripts for intraday triggers...but alas, time has not been on my side for the last 8 months or so.
