After several months evaluation of its historic business and operations Everock, Inc. is now implementing its strategic plan for growth into a new economy. Home chefs and working families find more time and new ways to afford enhancing a meal to create variety. The Nature's Peak brand of products fills that niche nicely for the consumer.
Everock now produces healthy convenient gourmet specialty foods in 4 lucrative segments of the food industry: Natural Foods, Condiments, Deli, and Produce. The company has two product lines, VeggieDip & VeggieSpread, with six flavors each.
It took 4 years to perfect these unique recipes and products with packaging have been test marketed successfully. These new products are Kosher and satisfy the growing consumer demand for healthy, convenient, and delicious alternatives to mayonnaise, sauces, gravies, dips, and spreads.
The products are manufactured and distributed under the brand Nature's Peak and ships to distributors nationwide. We are now reaching supermarket chains, natural food stores and high end markets. Both lines maintain healthy profit margins even when sold through distribution to mass-market chains.
The market network is organized under two highly experienced Master Brokers that have facilitated distribution arrangements with most major distributors including: Tree of Life, Kehe, Renaissance Specialty Foods, Gourmet Merchants Inc, Claygar Distributing, Gold Coast, DPI West and Nature?s Best. Negotiations with UNFI another large distributor are far advanced with minor distributors to follow.
2009 is going to be a busy year for us, in sales and supporting our new brand at the main industry tradeshows, Natural Products Expos East & West; Fancy Food Shows East & West, plus specific tradeshows for Tree of Life, Kehe, Nature's Best Tabletop Shows, and Whole Foods seminars.
Over the course of this last year, we have developed extensive and comprehensive marketing materials that have received high praise from consumers and distributors. General Marketing packs contain sell sheets, product information, order forms, merchandising information, sampling sheets and PR materials. Broker Manuals contain the above plus specific information such as distributor pricing, company history and sales techniques. Custom POP displays, posters and various shelf tags for wall and isle displays are available.
Production, packaging, distribution and promotion infrastructures are in place to meet significant demand increases easily. Sales estimates based on present standing orders and market research indicate a continuing increase in sales.

VeggieSpreads are Gourmet Sandwich Spreads that are a healthy delicious alternative to mayonnaise and other bland spreads. Flavors include Tarragon & Shallot and Chipotle & Lime.
VeggieDips are Gourmet Vegetable Dipping Sauces that enhance most vegetables and vegetable dishes, both raw & steamed. Flavors include Cilantro & Lime and Roasted Garlic & Herbs.
In addition to their original uses consumers are using our products over pasta, on baked potatoes, with fish, meat and chicken and as an alternative for mayonnaise in macaroni, potato & cooked salads.
