they might be able to say what they are NOT working on for said client. and I will say something else = the firm is waiting on more money, bobby. i dont know what Megas might be doing. what we CAN do is track any legal response to the revocation complaint, be it an extension or intent to file everything. but NO response at all leads me to believe that Megas might just let this ole dog die and never trade again, OR RE-LIST UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE NASDAQ OMX, or try to win damages thru a suit or settlement, forgetting about 'market justice'.
