I would imagine then that would give the perfect explanation why DTG for instance fell through a dollar back in March because the real demand was at 60 cents. That way there would be plenty of shares available at $26 three months later.
In fact, this theory must have been the case on now some 1450 stocks that have risen 500% or more based on where the REAL money was willing to buy.
