Thanks for the info. That rules out YAG dumping shares. It could be some restricted shares coming off restriction that were dumped by someone.

So this is just a guess to make all share holders aware of your statement. I don't agree with you. I would think this is settled at a few million or cash. That's that. It was CARNES problem.. and may still be since he sold and ran..

If that was YAG unloading shares from the settlement, the average volume for the last week or so has been about 17,000,000 share per day.

It looks like this dump might be over for the morning and we are about 200,000,000 shares above average. That's about $80,000.00 dollars towards the settlement.

If BW is a smart man he would limit how much YAG could dump during any given time period as part of the settlement. We should watch this and see if it repeats itself again and when.

If this is a dump of settelment shares this would concern me. It appears that BW has made a settlement according to e-mails supposedly posted on this board.(alegedly) If true then why wasn't the settlement PR'd to shareholders prior to awarding the shares. As CEO BW has a responsibility to inform us prior to awarding shares to YAG. If this is YAG dumping shares and BW has not PR'd the settlement terms to us the investors then this would smack of collusion to defraud investors.

I am not saying this is happening but I am concerned. Can anyone contact BW or Wyatt and see if we can find out more about this settlement.

Keep in mind, that if this is BW dropping new shares on the market to pay the YAG settlement then I think that is a more, lets say legal way to do it.

But this is the pinks and a company that doesn't file so anything goes.
