Let's see, you are a common shareholder but expect the CEO to call and discuss his moves with you before he does anything? I hate to break it to you but it just doesn't work that way. Quasar is doing what it feels is in the best interests of shareholders and if you don't believe that, you would be better served investing where you are comfortable.
