Interesting summary. Thanks for posting. Just for fun, I was looking for a positive spin, if there is one. Here's what I found:

Let's assume the 400mm was the end of shares for debt. There have been 6 increases since then of various sizes. Didn't a PR say something about 6 acquisitions? Wouldn't each of those want a piece of the pie for incentives????

I wonder if the consideration for some/all of the acquisitions changed from cash to stock and this is what is driving the increase in OS? THAT would be awesome.
