Look at all the big public oil companies that are getting grants. Being public didn't hurt their chances one bit. Of course having a little influence in Washington helps too.
The debate is about how much of Sentinel is owned by Pinnacle. Whatever is owned by Sentinel is also owned by Pinnacle to the same degree of ownership as Pinnacle's ownership of Sentinel. Find out what that degree of ownership is and there will be no debate.
