Moskowitz and Metter have engineered deceptive games with respect to SPNG's O/S and A/S, booked questionable revenues from bogus customers, used forged legal opinion letters to clear RME held restricted stock, as well as issued a host of misleading and deceptive press releases to investors.

Figuring out who the charlatans are here is not a tough task.
