It doesn't prove he didn't dump... what I meant is his shares (or at least a whopping 60 million of them) were not converted to registered shares via an "opinion letter".
It really does go a far way in the case against dilution.
if he has only 2 mill shares whered the other 16 go that he supposedly bought on the open market...you would have to assume he sold them....as for the 66 mill owned by rm dont really know what to make of that....thats one hell of a buy back....and further more why would he disavow his wifes holdings.....i think its time to sell more shares ...theres far to much shady crap for me
