If we were only really playing news plays, would those really be lottos? I'm not completely sure, but I think Lotto started the board with the intention to play stocks from .0001-.0009 range and most of those don't release news. Most of them are shells that we are playing to flip. As far as a low float, I guess i wonder how effective a group play could be with low floaters seeing as how people aren't going to touch it when it gets up too high.
