I'm sure Dr. Moro had to put some kind of business plan together in order for Smithline to agree to the new financing. I'm sure Smithline didn't agree to the new terms based on Dr. Moro's word. You said yourself Dr. Moro and Recaf was at their mercy since he defaulted on the terms of the previous agreement.

You also pointed out earlier that historically the volume and share price always increase prior to a press release as has happened today. Who bought shares all those times in the past, was it Smithline. No one on this board has any way of knowing including yourself, unless you work for the people doing the selling. The important point is someone was willing to buy at these bargain prices. I've yet to see a company that didn't see volume and share price increase prior to a positive press release.

I would like to apologize to Gold yesterday when I said he was pathetic and wasn't intelligent. Of course my post was deleted. Gold your are intelligent but I hate to see you waste your life in the manner that you do and I still beleive your are a professional that is connected to the folks that are manipulating the share price. Regardless of what I think you didn't deserve those comments, I guess you struck a nerve with me. I'm too good a person to stoop to those levels. I don't mind admitting when I'm wrong, beleive me I've had to do it many times as a parent.
