CWDW at 0.04 Cents is worth 1.35Mil.
I've read on the great posts here of a $44 million tax credit.
I'm wondering how that works?
How that credit takes effect?
Say nothing comes of the merger but we still have this shell that has a 44 million tax credit. How much would that be worth?
