I think you need to have a little patience . We all were saying that before and then suddenly the 8k came out, and one could see from the 8k that the BOD spent a great deal of time and hard work putting it together. We also know that they have not been paid. Lets give them some slack to do their thing, I'm sure that they will inform us when its time to do so.
