Can't figure out what debate is about.
IF MMs are short CMKX (actually, if they WERE short at the time of the UCAD dividend record date), they cannot choose to cover through buying UCAD or CMKX. They HAVE to cover UCAD dividend, period.
It won't help them now to trying covering CMKX and hoping they'll get rid of the UCAD dividend problem. They got now two separate problems: UCAD cover and CMKX cover.
Thus, I can't figure out why do you guys keep talking about what is cheaper? When you have to pay for your busted engine, and for your busted breakes, does it make any difference whatsoever which part is cheaper? You'll have to fix both, if you want to drive again...

P.S. And btw, for those confused about the number of UCAD restricted shares in their accounts: yes, you will have three times more shares, but at the same time the current trading price of unrestricted UCAD shares in the market will drop 3 times, as of the moment of the split.
