I don't think that will be the case. The company has recent filings on pink sheets, they hired a law firm to get up to date info and a new IR ..I doubt they would do all that just to dilute it a few ticks to .0001 I have a feeling news will start to flow, they will want the SP higher prior to any other financing. I feel there's more to this a/s increase than dilution..seems to me that the increase was needed to transfer control of this company. Time will tell
