If P2F bought the rights the debt holders would get a little more of their money back

They already have the rights to the brick and mortar business. I doubt the rights to whatever semi fresh products they have left for direct sales only are going to do much more than make their creditors a bit more whole.

That is IMO. At the very least I wouldn't be pinning my hopes on that.
