tender offer would be nice, but Rainman - don't believe ANYTHING you read here...I still frequent this board to see if new news items have posted...

I've never been convinced that mngt would be soooooo stupid to put America's spot light all over them if they were crooked...don't get me wrong I dont like what's transpired and based on the way this has played out doesn't speak well of mngt, but the wife and I are fortunate enough to be in a position to wait things out...
