That's more than enough capital to carpet bomb the industry with its products. Good thing about this type of financing is its non toxic(smart move) and it consistently generates cash flow.

Very very smart move on exobox's part.

BTW. LOI should fall through because rarely do you see a LOI pr and it fails. I think I seen 3 not fall through in 10 years
