I haven't been on the phone with them yet, but there pretty quick to answer your Emails, I asked Ian Lamphere to check out this board a couple weeks back and he said he would, and I've invited him today to sign up to this board if he would like to answer questions here, hopefully I'll get a response from him tomorrow, but I totally understand if he's busy with business so we'll see.
