Thanks for the “peek”.

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Clarifies Rumors
Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO Jared Hochstedler announced today that the company has entered into negotiations to purchase up to 25% of the common stock of Enzyme Solutions Inc. ("another Fort Wayne, Indiana based enzyme company").

Hochstedler commented, "EESO is negotiating with private shareholders of ESI to purchase up to 25% of ESI common stock. I was one of the original founders of ESI and believe it would be a natural fit for EESO and ESI to have a closer relationship. I further would like to make clear that these negotiations will only include terms that would be non dilutive to the current EESO shareholders."

I found the above statements here:

Did this never happen? I remember posting about this some time ago. I need to find it.

How about this little tidbit from May 2008:

"I would also like to announce that I have retained the services of Brian Kistler, CEO of New Opportunity Business Solutions as Financial Consultant and Corporate Communications to assist me in planning out the future funding for EESO.

Brian and I have known each other from the early days when I started ESI.

With his knowledge of the markets I felt it was time to bring his expertise to the company. Brian's knowledge of how to structure financial packages so that they are as company friendly as possible will prove to be extremely valuable to the company. I want to clearly state that Brian is not receiving any of the newly issued shares," stated Hochstedler.

I separated the paragraph for clarity.
It came from here:

I have to say, I didn’t see anything about how negotiations went. That question was asked in May of 2009 for a C.C. on May 26th, here:

which came from here:

I don’t recall the answer, if there was one. I would like to know what the answer is.

The deal between Eeso and Esi is very obscure. We haven't been able to put it together 100%. Jared and friends start ESI. Jared left Esi to start Eeso. Jared releases PR stating he owns 25% of the shares. I pulled a credit report on ESI and on EESO. Esi's report Jared is the major stock holder in the company, the other guys in the list own around 10% each and some unknown group of investor's own 40%. Here is the trick part. If you call Esi and ask if Jared is a share holder they say no. If you drive to Esi and visit the warehouse they let you in with a smile, they show the facility and are very open about their products but the moment you mention Eeso they Gag. why who knows. On the 3rd CC with Jared we ask him about his relationship with Esi, he says he still own the shares, pulled another report on Esi he still does. Why does Esi does not talk about eeso? Why did Jared left Esi to start his own company? Why did Esi allow eeso to become a direct competitor? What is Esi's roll behind eeso? Those are though questions that I have been asking myself for a year now. No one knows. To me personally I think eeso is the brain child of Esi. I think Esi wanted to make the GC2000 real but they didn't want to spend their money so they create a public company and let share holders finance the project. Jared says he doesn't get his enzymes from Esi but all the pictures show the totes belong to Esi. It's just weird.

Also, the entire set of links:

It's a lot of data.

Just a casual observer, but you've boldly posted and have been subjected to alot of ridicule. It now appears, most everything you've procrastinated has lucidified into truth. Kudo's to you Big, you weren't believed, or even welcomed to this issue. Yet, you persevered. Hopefully, your diligence might have saved somebody some coin.
