question to ask is about funding.
Ask him if he thinks he will get funding
or not. What will he do? That seems key.

Guys sorry i run out of posts yesterday. And i can't reply to PMs. Anyways i talked to John for a quite a while on the phone yesterday, and that was my second conversation with him the last time i called there was alot of "i don't know" but this time he was super excited told me about the new website that is going to be lunch and USAU, BESE and i think couple more companies merging under a new company, he owns about 7mil shares of BESE himself too and he was super excited about the yesterdays meeting, he said we are definately getting a PR as soon as they get the papers together 2 weeks tops and so on so on. John is a really nice guy and he wants shareholders to call him so please pick up the phone and call him very very easy to reach 2 rings and he answers. I will be hanging around here for a while looks like it. But please don't have my conversation with him make up your mind, I think i was a little hard on Layla and i don't want people to come down on me saying u said this and that, like i said please pick up the phone and call.
