A stock goes up prior to news because someone knows something.
It is only Tuesday and Monty said the last signature would help things along this week. Even if things move along this week he said there is still alot to do. Someone may have needed the $3,300.00 to invest somewhere else.

The thing you are overlooking is volume, w/o which even the best guesser is w/o hope. What we had tdy was volume insignificant to discern anything - anything.
