LMAO... the short-selling had to occur in 2005... Stewie got prefered series A convertible at 100 common for one in 2006. it most certainly was an NS since there were only 4 million common shares in the OS when the shorting occured...

Who said they have to be tradeable? Jeez, you fart around until your stock in revoked and walk away with your short sale proceeds. Many people on this board keep insinuating the brokers did this themselves. says Mr E

if a broker allowed someone to "garantee" shares they do not have, and cannot locate? the broker is also liable -look it up, i have already provided the relevant passages right here on this board recently...

you are no expert and what you seem to know as fact is in fact what's wrong with the market. this is why many of us are insisting that the right to be an SRO be revoked from all market participants,

i beleive we will win too. last years collapse proves these guys cannot run their co's without govt bailouts.
