I wouldn't say that. After everything I have read, I think that the the FDA and EMEA were correct in requesting that Genta fine tune their studies. I don't think they give a crap about stockholders and they shouldn't, but I do think they have a responsibility to make sure that drug makers actually hit the mark before they let them go and use their new magic drugs all over the place. I believe that Gentas studies have showed them everything they needed to know to make AGENDA a successful trial. I believe it will be successful. Worrying about the FDA's potential for corruption will cause you to make bad decisions, in my opinion. If we get great results, this drug passes. IMO.
